Fostering Wellness New Patient Cancellation Policy

All new patient appointments require a 24-hour cancellation notice.

Please understand that every “no show” or “late cancellation” appointment occupies a block of time that could have been dedicated to another patient seeking care and cannot always be filled on short notice.

If an appointment is not canceled 24 hours prior and if you fail to arrive for your appointment, you will incur a $150.00 cancellation fee.

If arriving late, 10 minutes or more to your appointment, you will be rescheduled and incur the late fee of $150.00. Unfortunately, this fee will not be billed to, nor reimbursed by your insurance company.

At the time of your booking, we will take your credit card information and store it in our secured “Vault” system and you will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation, late arrival, or no show.

At the time of booking, we will verify the credit card by charging a $1.00 fee and will then void the $1.00 transaction.

By submitting the online form below, you agree to the cancellation policy and allow your credit card to be charged the verification fee of $1.00 and then voided. In the event of a late cancellation, late arrival or no show, you agree to your credit card being charged a $150.00 fee.
